The Senior Project Manager, at our Bala Cynwyd, PA office location, will work on multiple expert committee and/or clinical trial projects, acting as the first line of communication between ACI and the Sponsor, demonstrating effectiveness in both servicing clients and assuring on-time delivery of high quality deliverables. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 5 years related experience in a clinical project management environment (CRO, pharmaceutical company, or other centralized service provider used in clinical studies) or the equivalent combination of education, skills and experience to perform the job. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: At least five (5) years of clinical project management experience. Knowledge of Drug and/or Device Study Development Processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communication to a wide variety of audiences, including clients, internal project teams and senior management. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to lead a technical team and define complex processes in workflows Knowledge of FDA, ICH and GCP guidelines as they apply to clinical studies and clinical data management Strong financial acumen required. Advanced knowledge of financial management and forecasting skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Build relationships with our clients and deliver excellent service while guiding expert committees/clinical trial projects through their life cycle Serve as the face of ACI as you communicate with your clients to keep them informed about the progress of their project, the plan in place and any challenges you may be facing Work with our Business Development/Operations teams to understand each client's unique needs and collaborate in order to help deliver outstanding service Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress. Lead project kick off calls and be the champion of your project, ensuring all team members are fully up to speed on project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities Engage with leaders and peers to address any challenges and facilitate teamwork to resolve any issues Author, review and approve Project Management related SOPs, status updates, meeting minutes, project reports, study files and related documents/templates Conduct an ongoing review of processes to ensure consistency across projects, including identification and implementation of solutionsSalary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
