Royal Boucherie, the newest venture of James Beard nominee Nick Elmi, is looking for a Sous Chef. Applicants must have relevant lead or sous postion expericence. Candidates will be have the opportunity to contribute to, first hand, the process of; dry curing meats, pate, terrines, pate en croute, traditional French sauces, fresh sausages, meat and fish butchery and fresh pasta. We are a fun team oriented group who love what we do.
Additional qualifications include:
*A sincere passion for the hospitality industry.
*Must have open availability including nights and weekends
*The ability to work well with both FOH and BOH staff.
