Job Description

Details Summary The producer is responsible for the coordination and execution of photo and video shoots. This role plans for daily production schedules, coordinating logistics and maintaining all aspects of the budgets. The producer will communicate and collaborate with our merchandising and marketing partners, and will work closely with leadership on creation of logistics that includes scheduling meetings and photo shoots, location scouting, permitting, model-booking and sample management. The day of a shoot, the producer will coordinate everything from start to finish. This role will also coordinate with our post-production team to ensure all required assets are delivered. Functional/Technical Skills 30% Leading production teams to ensure appropriate scheduling of workflow while guaranteeing daily deadlines are met • Processing invoices and maintaining detailed records of project expenses Creativity 10% Working with chosen studio team to perform location scouting, talent sourcing and dayof scheduling Interpersonal Savvy 30% Facilitating the collaboration of internal team members including art-directing, merchandising and post production to ensure vision is met while providing proactive cost-saving suggestions • Maintaining positive relationships with studio team, merch and all shoot-related stakeholders • Strong communication; ability to identify when issues need to be escalated and resolved • Leading all project kick-off meetings and able to successfully influence stakeholders Action-Oriented/Results-Driven 30% Driving the coordination of all pre-production details, including sample-collecting, team assignments, shot list, set design, location and model selection, in partnership with leadership • Partnering with support roles to ensure that all aspects of a shoot are within time line and on budget Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production studio environment Strong communication and presentation skills Solution-oriented problem-solving and ability to perform under pressure • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment Being self-motivated and proactive Strong knowledge of post-production and basic understanding of Photoshop Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
