Job Title : CA IAM Senior Developer Location : Moorestown, NJ Duration : 6+ Months
Mandatory Skills Overall 6+ years' experience with 3+ years in CA IDM. Should have worked on development in CA IDM and not support related activities. Should have hands on experience on connector development via Connector express, configuration and customization of endpoints in provisioning manager. Should have knowledge of all CA IDM components including provisioning server, connector server, application server, provisioning and user directories and backend Database. Should have implemented both forward and reverse synchronizations in CA IDM both using OOB functionality and policy xpress. Should be able to configure explore/correlate rules for endpoints. Good hands on experience in developing and enforcing rules and policies via Policy Xpress. Should have good handle on CA IDM security model using both RBAC and ABAC. Good working (development) knowledge on TEWS and BLTH. Should have good experience on scheduling and executing tasks including bulk tasks. Should be able to configure Approval Workflows in CA IDM and set up self-service for registration, password management and access management. Should have exposure to one of the application servers (Weblogic, jboss, Websphere). Should know concepts of Database (RDBMS concepts, tables, PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc). Intermediate knowledge on Active Directory is a must that includes LDAP, ADSI, concepts of AD schema customizations/replication and knowledge of native/mandatory AD attributes. Should be security oriented with understanding of security concepts like password management, challenge response, selfservice, approval workflows, etc.
