Position Summary OPEX Corporation is looking to hire a full time Recruiter to work at our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. The recruiter will primarily be responsible for full cycle recruiting activities. This includes posting positions, sourcing/screening candidates, onboarding new hires, and conducting orientations. The recruiter will also be expected to promote diversity outreach and maintain recruiting data per OFCCP guidelines. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this worker can expect to assist/facilitate a variety of other daily HR responsibilities. We are looking for a curious, self-motivated individual who is looking to expand their knowledge and career in recruiting. Essential Responsibilities Perform full lifecycle recruiting activities (post positions, source/screen candidates, interview, hire, and maintain relationships) Analyze current recruiting methods and develop recruiting strategies for improving the process Collaborate with hiring managers from multiple departments within OPEX Coach and support hiring managers through recruiting process Onboard and orient new employees Discuss company benefits such as health insurance, 401k/profit sharing plan, personal time off, etc. with both new hires and current employees Set up career fairs with local universities and assist engineering managers with recruiting for internships Independently maintain OFCCP outreach initiatives and record keeping Gather and record applicant flow data per OFCCP compliance Collect and analyze monthly and annual turnover report data Work with immigration attorney's to support foreign national employee's H1-B visa and Green Card application Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications BA/BS in Human Resource Management or related field 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience is required Experience in agency recruiting is preferred Experience using applicant tracking software MS Office skills required, strong Excel skills highly desired Experience with HRIS systems preferred, but not required (Oracle experience desired) Ability to identify, engage and evaluate quality candidates through recruiting strategies Experience maintaining onboarding process of employees strongly desired Clear, concise communicator capable of working with employees on all levels Self-motivated individual capable of completing tasks individually or with a team Physical/Work Environments Office setting Company Overview OPEX Corporation is a recognized global technology leader in high-speed mailroom automation, document imaging, and material handling.
