Consultant Liaison, Strategic Staffing
It is the role of the Consultant Liaison to ensure maximum productivity and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of each consultant's assignment. The Consultant Liaison will directly interface with consultants as the first point of contact once they are hired and continue to build that relationship, throughout the consultant's tenure.
  • Act as the main point of contact between corporate HR/Payroll and consultants
  • Conduct new consultant onboarding presentations and orient the consultants to the unique client environment before their first day on assignment
  • Be the first tier of HR support to consultants and help in resolving questions around benefits, HR Direct System, Employee Handbook, Learning Management System, payroll issues, etc.
  • Monitor timesheet and expense submittal amongst consultants
  • Maintain open communication with active consultants, with monthly calls and face to face meetings to ensure the success of the assignment and address any issues they may be facing
  • Drive business/ sales leads through monthly calls and regular face to face meetings with consultants based on relationship building
  • Hosting consultant events in coordination with Account Managers
  • Act as back up to the recruiting coordinator, administering background checks and new hire paperwork
  • Performs miscellaneous administrative duties and projects as needed

Required Skills:
  • Conducting onboarding, new hire orientations
  • Training and assisting new hires with companywide systems
  • Monitoring collection of time cards
  • Event planning
  • Calendar management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
  • Must be organized
  • Four year college degree and/ or related experience
  • Must be highly motivated, reliable, and efficient
  • Ability to work independently with general direction but also as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to learn and navigate companywide systems
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude

This is a FTE position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
