    • Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards, ensuring that company policy is upheld

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management (or related) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ year's experience working on ground up, large scale projects
  • Experience leading projects ranging from $10mm to $20mm+
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with team members on all levels
