Lincoln National Corporation, Radnor, PA, seeks a Senior Consultant, Data Architecture to design, develop, and deliver data\\-centric IT solutions, including relational databases, data warehouses, Extract\\-Transform\\-Load \\(ETL\\) processes and reporting applications\\. Define database objects to host large data volumes to accommodate consumer application needs, future scalability, and faster data retrieval, including normalization and demoralization of data\\. Design and develop data marts for marketing, campaign, analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting\\. Use Informatica Data Quality to improve data quality and generate score cards\\. Identify process improvements in existing data flows by reducing code redundancy, improve reusability, and reduce project turn\\-around time\\. Lead project initiatives that integrate internal and external source systems with large dispersed and unstructured data into structured data sets for business analytics\\. Consolidate complex business rules and normalize data into centralized Operational Data Store for downstream application, data extracts, and third\\-party Application Program Interface calls\\. Perform design and code reviews for program and platform\\-level governance\\. Design and implement Master Data Management schemas, rules, and processes\\. Architect, plan, and implement end\\-to\\-end Data lake\\. Setup process flows to consume multiple datatypes, including CSV, Excel, flat files, Webservices, XML, Jason, and legacy databases\\. Implement Hadoop Distributed File System architecture for large structured and unstructured data in pita byte\\. Follow all stages of SDLC and work in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies\\. Implement data security and masking standards\\. Design and implement Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouses, Master Data Management, BI Reporting projects using Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, AWS Redshift, Oracle and SQL server\\. Utilize Amazon Web Services \\(AWS\\) Big Data Analytical platform to leverage data lake architecture and implement security groups, Elastic Load Balancers, and autoscaling on cloud with AWS/Hadoop ecosystem\\. Develop and maintain dimensional \\(Star and Snowflake\\) and Relational data models using tools, including Erwin or Oracle data modeler\\. Research and provide data analytics using HIVE, PIG, and Sqoop tools\\. Create database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, functions and packages using SQL and PL/SQL\\. Develop solutions for reporting tools, including MicroStrategy, Actuate, Tableau and Business Objects\\. Develop work flows to extract, transform, and load Operational Data Stores and Data Warehouses using tools like Informatica Power Center 10 and SSIS\\.
**Requirements:** Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or related \\(or foreign equivalent\\) and 5 years of data architecture experience\\. Must have 5 years of experience \\(i\\) designing and implementing Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouses, Master Data Management, BI Reporting projects using Big Data technologies, including Hadoop, AWS Redshift, Oracle and SQL server; \\(ii\\) utilizing AWS Big Data Analytical platform to leverage data lake architecture and implement security groups, Elastic Load Balancers, and autoscaling on cloud with AWS/Hadoop ecosystem; \\(iii\\) developing and maintaining dimensional \\(Star and Snowflake\\) and Relational data models using tools, including Erwin or Oracle data modeler; \\(iv\\) researching and providing data analytics using HIVE, PIG, and Sqoop tools; \\(v\\) creating database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, functions and packages using SQL and PL/SQL; \\(vi\\) developing solutions for reporting tools, including MicroStrategy, Actuate, Tableau and Business Objects; and \\(vii\\) developing work flows to extract, transform, and load Operational Data Stores and Data Warehouses using tools like Informatica Power Center 10 and SSIS\\. Domestic travel up to 20%\\.
