Kforce is seeking qualified IT Help Desk Associates for a 6-month contract to hire role with a client in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. This is a shift position from 11am to 8pm, please apply only if you are interested and able to do this shift. Responsibilities include:
  • Add users and setup system access aligned to roles
  • Provides initial and Tier I level support to end users
  • Utilize ticketing system to respond to user issues and requests
  • Documents steps to resolve issues to add to the service desk knowledge base repository
  • Provide excellent customer support to internal employees
  • Increase the technical knowledge of all staff by supporting those users during their daily operations

Job Requirements:


  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 1 to 3 years IT Help Desk experience
  • Windows PC Operating Systems
  • Experience/knowledge of Active Directory
  • General Hardware and Networking knowledge
