Position Description: Responsibilities: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Development teams, and business stakeholders on enterprise-wide solutions. Document the current technology stack and develop a roadmap for the future Salesforce technology stack. Ensure that technical design follows industry standard best practices and the third-party products effectively integrate with the core Salesforce platform. Articulate and document business strategy, goals and objectives. Develop strategy and processes to improve Salesforce architecture and drive adoption. Design Salesforce applications on Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics. Develop and promote best practices on the Salesforce platform. Promote technical guidelines and standards and define criteria for success for Salesforce platform solutions. Mentor Salesforce development team members and provide hands on support for technical issues. Research new technologies, third-party apps and integrations. Drive innovation and adoption through new technologies and tools. Develop system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications. About You: You are proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and design limitations. You understand the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing cloud. You are an experienced Salesforce Apex developer, with a strong interest to learn new languages and frameworks as needed. You are experienced in setting up integration processes via Salesforce.com Web Services or API. You are experienced in Data Integration and ETL processes, like Mulesoft or Informatica. You follow Salesforce best practices and leverage available platform functionalities where possible. You have ambitious ideas and want to share them with others. You can easily communicate your ideas through code, writing, presentations, demos, whiteboard sessions. You are comfortable collaborating with both business and technical audience.
