About the Position: Moorestown is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States and an eastern suburb of Philadelphia.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for collecting functional specialist input; analyzing, synthesizing, and synopsizing this input; and providing an integrated DCMA assessment of the contractor's program performance and recommendations for future programmatic efforts. Responsible for targeting areas that warrant independent assessment/evaluation based on risk assessments. In coordination with the PST, offers written or informal Continuous Improvement Opportunities (CIO) to the program or contractors where a better way to execute the contract is evident, but a contract deficiency does not exist. Identifies and documents contract deficiencies early in the program life-cycle so that they can be corrected to minimize downstream impacts. In conjunction with the applicable functional supervisor, identifies specific resource needs to accomplish Major Program Support for the assigned program. Provide technical/programmatic advice and direction to the Supporting Program Integrators (SPIs) at lower tier CMOs in all contract administration/program management support matters relating to subcontractor/supplier CMOs.
