Provides assessment, treatment, psychoeducational and clinical services for the benefit of CTS clients. Improves client well-being and functioning by conducting proper clinical assessment, developing and conducting therapeutic interventions that address the findings of assessments, providing psycho-education to clients and families, and consultation and coordination with allied professionals. Leads clinical team and coordinates with stakeholders. Participates in supervision, trainings, and professional development activities. Identifies client needs/problems from completion of the biopsychosocial assessment and/or needs assessment. Develops and implements comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on assessment. Leads the clinical team and ensures proper implementation of the treatment plan. Conducts face-to-face clinical interventions which includes individual, group and family as appropriate to program and client. Manages crises and re-assesses youth as necessary to update crisis plan. Serves as the lead during a crisis. Coordinates activities for assigned cases including vocational training, after school programs, social programs, educational programs, camp, etc. Coordinates discharge and independent living planning, including all necessary referrals to external providers. Attends school, medical, psychiatric and other meetings as needed. Works with the treatment family/direct care workers on issues of behavior management, crisis intervention, understanding the nature of client s problems and ensuring the continuity of the placement. Ensures all clients are enrolled in school and coordinates with school personnel. Provides psychoeducational materials and rationales for intervention to treatment team members. Writes progress notes and other documents. Ensures compliance with Agency policies and procedures regarding work practices and expectations. Uses knowledge of professional ethics to inform clinical services. Attends trainings and participates in supervision.

Master s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field with a license as a LAC/LSW or LPC/LCSW required. Must have previous training and experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and their families.
