Business Unit:

DUTIES: Manage the work of the Security Identity Access Management team, responsible for managing data associated with digital identities that authenticate against the Comcast corporate network and allow the company s employees, contractors, and business partners access to protected applications; oversee the implementation of CA Identity Manager and CA Identity Governance platforms; identify and address exposure to accidental or intentional destruction, disclosure, modification, or interruption of data; perform risk assessments to identify threats to the security of information, systems, and computing assets; prepare written plans and annual reports on contingency planning and data security for each critical system; coordinate and implement software upgrades, software conversions, and the rollout of new technologies to markets; design business workflows using Workflow WorkPoint Designer; manage operations, including run and maintain activities, for the IAM team; ensure IAM Use Cases are maintained, validated, and documented in the Comcast IAM Stage, Quality Assurance, and Production environments; interface with customers that have requests or issues working with the identity platform; ensure customer tickets are addressed according to Key Performance Indicators and within Service-Level Agreements; identify opportunities for automation and self-service based on customer tickets received, and communicate findings to the engineering team; create Job Aids to assist customers in utilizing Identity and Access Management services most efficiently; record metrics measurements; and serve as an internal auditor to ensure that appropriate precautions over information are granted high visibility and are considered in the design of new and existing systems.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and six (6) years of software development experience, of which three (3) years includes performing commercial software development; implementing CA Identity Manager and CA Identity Governance platforms; and designing business workflows in WorkPoint Designer.
