* Bachelor's degree in many majors will be considered, with a slight preference to technical/MIS and business majors * Strong GPA; 3.3 or higher preferred * Technical skill and knowledge in Web, MIS, or data fields * Knowledge of requirements writing and/or technical documentation * Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills * Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities * Self-motivated and capable of working/participating in an environment which is constantly changing * Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effective in a team environment * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency * Attention to detail and high commitment to quality
* Some knowledge of basic property & casualty insurance concepts, practices, and procedures is desirable * Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and standards * Understanding of Project Management processes and standards * Understanding of test planning and system testing * Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships and instill confidence with external customers, internal customers and all levels of management
